Hello! Welcome to The Kawaii Labrador Store! My name is Natasha, and I grew up with a love for everything Japanese. Anime, Manga, Video Games, and particularly Kawaii merchandise such as stationary, plushies, and unique products!

I wanted to create a space where others living in Western society can enjoy the unique joys of Japanese Merchandise. When growing up, I found it hard to find Japanese products in the UK and was left disappointed walking in and out of high street shops looking. I even found myself searching online retailers and found myself struggling to find the perfect things I was looking for.

This is what led me to set up my own business… and here we are today! I am extremely proud of how far we have come with our development and growth. We have spread the joy of Japan to more areas of the world!

The name Kawaii Labrador comes from the word “cute” in Japanese, which means “kawaii,” and Labrador is my favorite dog breed. My own furry best friend, Rose, is a Labrador. So the name came naturally as a “nod” to our love, life and friendship together.
